To prepare you for breastfeeding, from the first feed to the early weeks and your return to work. We'll talk through what to expect, explore past experiences, address concerns like inverted nipples, and guide you in antenatal hand expression if needed.

An in-depth consultation looking at the full feeding picture: you, your baby, your body and your family's needs. Includes oral and functional assessment, feed observation, latch and positioning support, pumping guidance, milk supply support, and a clear feeding plan.

Urgent, on-call support for engorgement, blocked ducts, or early onset of mastitis. Includes gentle lactation massage using lymphatic drainage techniques, breastfeeding and/or pumping guidance, and a breast care plan to boost healing and prevent recurrence.

This session helps fine-tune your feeding plan, address ongoing challenges, and provide guidance as things evolve. If new questions arise beyond the scope of your original consult, you're welcome to book a separate postnatal session.

A shorter online consultation to assist with breastfeeding or bottle-feeding challenges that don't require a home visit. Ideal for questions around latch, pumping, feeding routines, or preparing to return to work.

Personalised breastfeeding and infant-feeding support via WhatsApp for four weeks. Ask questions and share photos, videos or voice notes when helpful. I respond during working hours, usually within one working day.

A gentle, restorative healing session that supports deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. With light touch or hands placed just above your body, Reiki invites you to switch from adrenaline and cortisol to oxytocin and relaxation.
