Prenatal Lactation Consultation

A 60-minute prenatal lactation consultation helps you prepare for breastfeeding before your baby arrives. Together, we talk through your expectations, any questions that arise, feeding in the first days, establishing and maintaining milk production. We can also practise antenatal expression (when medically desired or for you to become familiar with your breasts).
Postnatal Lactation Consultation
90 min
Once your baby is here, you can book a 90-minute postnatal lactation consultation. During this home visit I assess feeding as a whole: your baby, your body, your dynamics, latch, milk transfer, feeding or pumping routines. We create a clear, realistic plan together that fits you and that feels manageable. This consultation includes two weeks of WhatsApp follow-up.
Lactation Massage (SOS Breastfeeding Support)
75 min
On-call home-based lactation massage + consultation for the early onset of mastitis, engorgement and blocked ducts. This approach is based on lymphatic drainage techniques, never painful and always combined with a full lactation assessment, feeding support and guidance to help prevent recurrence. Reiki Healing
60 min
You can book a Reiki Healing session whenever you feel emotionally or physically overwhelmed during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. The calm sessions create a safe space for rest and restoration. In a Reiki session, I place my hands just above or on the body to encourage deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. You can book Reiki alongside lactation care or as a standalone session to boost wellbeing.
E-Consultation

Not based in Singapore or prefer to connect from the comfort of your own home? An e-consultation gives you access to expert IBCLC support online. Via video call we can discuss your feeding questions, concerns or challenges and I will guide you with evidence-based advice and a clear plan tailored to your situation.
One Month of WhatsApp Support
1 month
Already had a consultation with me? Extend your care plan with one month of WhatsApp support. You can message me directly whenever something comes up: photos, videos, voice notes. I respond during working hours, usually within a day, so you've got real answers from someone who knows you and your baby, not a guessing game online.
Online Breastfeeding Workshops
75 min
Research suggests parents who attend an antenatal breastfeeding workshop are more likely to breastfeed longer and experience fewer challenges. My monthly online workshops guide you and your partner through preparing for breastfeeding, the golden hour, the first postpartum days, establishing milk supply, navigating challenges and returning to work.
