When breastfeeding is challenging, timely, expert support can make all the difference. As an IBCLC lactation consultant, I provide professional, in-home care. The sooner we address any concerns, the sooner you can resume your breastfeeding journey. That’s why I aim to offer on-demand home visits whenever possible.
During a 75-minute session, I combine gentle, effective lactation massage with expert feeding support.
Lactation massage, a well-established practice in many Asian cultures, helps relieve engorgement, blocked ducts, and early mastitis by using lymphatic drainage techniques to reduce swelling and improve milk flow. Many mothers find that this approach offers immediate relief and can help prevent the need for antibiotics.
Depending on your needs, follow-up sessions may be recommended.
