I support expectant, new, and seasoned parents through their breastfeeding and infant feeding journeys, whether that's a full feeding assessment, fine-tuning your pump settings, easing discomfort with lactation massage, or building a sustainable plan for returning to work.
Inspired by the quiet strength of Singapore's mangroves, I founded Mamagrove as a nurturing space where parents feel informed, empowered, and supported as they transition into motherhood and parenthood.
My first baby sparked a deep commitment to supporting other parents through evidence-based and compassionate care. This path led me to become an IBCLC, Holistic Massage Therapist, and Reiki Master, first in Singapore, later in Amsterdam, and now back home in Singapore, where I currently serve as President of IBCLCs of Singapore, working to improve breastfeeding awareness and access nationwide. My consultations are professional and thorough, always empathetic and supportive, and grounded in the latest lactation science. Through Mamagrove, I offer in-home lactation support across Singapore, including lactation massage and Reiki for physical and emotional relaxation, plus teleconsultations worldwide and monthly breastfeeding workshops. So parents can be surrounded by the specialist care they deserve.
